Nationwide Medical Group Promotes Collaboration and Organizational Growth Through Leadership Development
Business Issue:
Developing well-rounded leaders is a critical focus for this distinguished prominent nationwide medical group. Practicing physicians who are regarded as high potentials, as well as physicians and operational leaders who recently transitioned into leadership roles, must gain deep understanding of the varying levels of skills leaders must demonstrate to ensure organizational wellness, growth, and the highest standards in health care.
Solution:
Working in partnership with the organization, Wilson Learning designed custom onboarding sessions to enable physicians and operational leaders to develop skills and capabilities around versatility, communication, influence, and collaboration. The process afforded many networking opportunities, further contributing to enhanced collaboration.
Development sessions have been implemented both in-person, using large conference rooms that accommodate groups as large as 175 people, and virtually during the pandemic, with engagement and interactivity enhanced by leveraging tools such as Mentimeter and annotation.
Outcome:
